Match Day Arrangements

Opposing Managers should contact each other no less than 7 days prior to any scheduled fixture

Referee & Assistant appointments and payments will be handled directly by the league

Team Sheets & Result Reporting
|

The team sheet is available to download on the 'Fixtures & Results' page.
|

On match days Managers will complete details of their team and pass the form to the opposing Manager at least 10 minutes before kick off
|
|
3.
|
Managers MUST keep the team sheets they are given until the end of the season as they maybe called for in the event of a query.
|

Reporting Results -

For next season we will need more pitches all over the areas we’re covering, so if you know of any potential sites, please let us know ASAP |

Player Consent Forms Required
Hampshire FA (The County FA to which we are registered) have recently requested that we make you aware of the following Membership Rule 23 (ix) and ensure that we have permission from schools in which the players attend. With this in mind I must ask you to get the consent of all Head teachers for your players to play football in the Southern Inter Counties Football League. I have attached a word document and a pdf document. If you could pass a copy on to your players and ask them to get the schools permission (and parent/guardian) and then return the forms back to a league official I would be very grateful. (please do not hold this process up trying to get team managers signatures for this season.)
