Match Day Arrangements

1.	Opposing Managers should contact each other no less than 7 days prior to any scheduled fixture

2.	Referee & Assistant appointments and payments will be handled directly by the league

Team Sheets & Result Reporting

1.	The team sheet is available to download here

2.	On match days Managers will complete details of their team and pass the form to the opposing Manager at least 10 minutes before kick off

3.	Managers MUST keep the team sheets they are given until the end of the season as they maybe called for in the event of a query.

4.	Reporting Results - use the button (left) to see the on-line result form. BOTH MANAGERS are required to fill in and submit one of these within 24 hours of the fixture being played.

Leagues are invited to join us for 2011/12

Player Consent Forms Required

Hampshire FA (The County FA to which we are registered) have recently requested that we make you aware of the following Membership Rule 23 (ix) and ensure that we have permission from schools in which the players attend. With this in mind I must ask you to get the consent of all Head teachers for your players to play football in the Southern Inter Counties Football League.

MANAGERS - Please download and print off this pdf document, pass copies on to your players and ask them to get the school’s permission (and a parent/guardian) and then return the forms back to you, so you can forward them to me.
